I am a pilot and would like to register. What do I have to do?
Fill the form under the menu item Registration as complete as possible and send us a copy of your pilot license by fax or regular mail. After we receive and examine your documents, we will release your data into our searchable database and send you a candidate ID by e-mail. Herewith, you will be visible in search results to prospective employers! Mailing address and fax number will be provided during the registration process and can also be found under the menu item Contacts.
What do I have to do, if my personal data changes?
Follow the menu item Personal Data. Here you have the possibility to log in with your e-mail address and passwort and to maintain your personal data/profile.
What do I have to do if I want to be deleted from the database?
Follow the menu item Contacts to send Pilotenagentur an e-mail indicating your request to delete you registration. We will identify you through your candidate ID number and the e-mail address you provided during registration. Your account will be deleted immediately after confirmation of your identity.
I am a pilot. Who has access to my private/personal data?
Under the menu item Privacy Statement you will find detailed information on how Pilotenagentur handles your personal data.
I am a pilot. Which of my data will be shared with flight operations during their online candidate search?
Within the framework of an online search (available to anyone under the menu item Pilot database only pilot specific data is displayed (PIC-hours, F/O hours, preferred location, etc.). Personal/private data are excluded from display at all times!
I am a pilot. Is it possible for my personal data to be forwarded to airlines without my consent?
Under the menu item Privacy Statement you will find detailed information on how Pilotenagentur handles your personal data.
I am a pilot and have forgotten my password. What do I have to do?
Follow the menu item Contacts to send Pilotenagentur an e-mail indicating that you have forgotten your password. Identification will be done by checking the following information, which you entered at registration: E-Mail address, name, mailing address and date of birth. After verification we will generate a new password and send it to your e-mail address immediately. Due to technical reasons it is not possible for us to give you your current/forgotten password. The passwort is encrypted and not known to us!
What do I as pilot have to pay to register with Pilotenagentur?
Registration with Pilotenagentur is free of cost!
Do I as a pilot have to pay a premium once I have been placed with an employer successfully?
No, placement is free of cost to pilot!

I am a flight student. Does it make any sense for me to register with Pilotenagentur?
It is most certainly sensible to register with Pilotenagentur during your time in training! By registering you will be visible in our searchable database to prospective employers. You will be able to grab the airline’s attention early on and they might get in contact with you before you complete your training.
I am a flight student and would like to register. What do I have to do?
Complete the form under the menu item Registration and select under the section “Current license” “Flight student aspiring CPL-IFR/Frozen ATPL". Additionally, fax or mail a copy of your training certificate to Pilotenagentur. How much does the registration with Pilotenagentur cost for a flight operation?
Registration with Pilotenagentur is free of cost!
We are a flight operation and would like to register to inquire about contact addresses. What do we have to do?
Send us the completed form Request of Client ID / Release for Online-Search which you will find under the menu item Registration with your company seal by fax or mail. After we receive and examine your documents, we will register your company as a searching employer and send you a client ID by e-mail. Herewith, you will be able to request candidate contact information. Mailing address and fax number will be provided during the registration process and can also be found under the menu item Contacts.
What are the costs to our company, if we merely request contact information of candidates?
Pilotenagentur charges a 50€ processing fee for each contact address provided. Contact information will be provided immediately after receiving the funds.
What are the costs to our company in case of a placement?
In the case of a successful placement of a candidate Pilotenagentur charges a commission of two times the monthly salaries of the pilot plus a flight bonus.
In the case of a successful placement of a temporary arrangement, Pilotenagentur charges a commission of ten daily rates of the pilot.
